DEAD Inverter?

I Purchased this inverter from the PowMR Flagship store on Lazada Thailand, It doesnt appear to work - wont turn on when connected to solar panels or battery or both.

I get no response from the seller on Lazada and no longer have the packaging it arrived in.

Is there someway to troubleshoot why this inverter will NOT Turn on or am I stuck with a 20,000 baht piece of EWASTE?

Balanced value for the price, slightly decreasd by unpublished protocol

Not so accurate in measurement of parameters ... but good value for the money. I would appreciate protocol on the communication port (due to the Home Assistant integration), which is not fully published. It definitively decreases the value of device.

The inverter works 99%. There is a small problem, WIFI plug-pro-5 does not want to connect to the inverter.
