great inverter!

I have bought the 6200W 220Vac 48Vdc All In One Solar Inverter. And i'm happy with it. Works great. I have 2,5 kwH battery attached to it but i will upgrade it. I am going to 7,5 kwH. Hope it will works.

Sodium ion batteries?

I'm very interrested in the POW-HVM6.2M-48V-N. As it is now, I'm looking for an Off Grid Hybrid inverter that supports Sodium ion batteries with its different voltages. Do this inverter support such batteries or do you have other models that do? BMS support of Sodium betteries through CAN bus or RS434 is also required.

Our inverters, including the POW-HVM6.2M-48V-N, support Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) and Lead Acid batteries, but do not currently support Sodium-ion batteries.

fans run constantly

Hello. Please advise on what to do. The inverter PowMR6.2 is connected to the grid. When there is no load on it, the fans constantly run at high speed. This happens even when the battery is fully charged or even without a battery connected. However, if the grid power goes out and the inverter switches to battery power, the fans immediately stop, and the inverter operates quietly. The rest is fine! No solar panels installed.

There is no information about how to connect a battery to this invertor via RS485 in the provided users manual. Required cable schema is missed.
