The eco/max-730 i received was dead on arrival. It will not respond at all when plugged into the inverter. I've reached out to [****]' twice for instructions on how to return the item for a refund. They have not responded to either request. My advice to anyone is to stay away from POWMR products all together. If you want a good inverter from a company that stands behind their product, check out VEVOR. Best bang for your buck (in my opinion), and when I did have an issue their support team got back to me the next day and ultimately replaced the item within 10 days of me reaching out.
In closing, I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from POWMR in the future. In contrast, VEVOR has gained a customer for life!
