    Update, 6 months later unit still works like a champ. Setup keeps battery charged, system lost power after 5-6 days of dark clouds, but when sun returned, system cam back online."

    I used this charge controller to replace a failed Ironton on my RV. It is easy to wire and mount, but be careful if you are using self-tapping screws. The plastic ears will break off with minimal force. After cracking the first mounting hole, I marked and pre-screwed/drilled the rest, then hand secured the controller. This 20 amp charger keeps my battery fully charged at rest and provides reliable generator starting. I probably will not use the usb outlets but if I want to charge my phone while changing the gen set filters I can.
