This hybrid PV inverter can provide power to connected loads by utilizing PV power, utility power and battery power. Depending on different power situations, this hybrid inverter is designed to generate continuous power from PV solar modules (solar panels), batteries, and the utility. Galvanic isolation was designed between DC and AC output so that the user could connect any type of PV array to this Hybrid inverter. See Figure 1 for a simple diagram of a typical solar system with this hybrid inverter.
One detection device needs to be connected between the PV + and PV-& the ground, to ensure leakage current between PV + and PV-& the ground is less than 30mA. Isolation transformer Specs.: 10KW-220:220V 60*100 single-phase Isolation transformer.

Hello, I'm Isuru from Sri Lanka. I bought this inverter and set up everything. But once we connect the PV input, the inverter indicates fault: F10. There is no option to recover it. Please assist.
This is the inverter that we bought. They said power. But I couldn't find any power-related nameplate or anything on the inverter. Still, we are ok with the product . please assist to recover this fault. If you need I can provide some images and videos about the fault.
